IDEATION
Considerations
Different apps bring the user into a different world, how do we bring these worlds together without overwhelming the user?
EXPERIENCE:
- Allow users to view one app at a time or choose which apps to see at a time
- Allow users more customizability within their main feedFilter by time
- Filter by time
- Filter by accounts interact with the most
- Filter by topics
INTERFACE:
- The target audience is tech savvy, which allows the app to have more aesthetic freedom
- Most social media users spend more time consuming than posting content, placing more of a focus on the feed portion than developing portion of the app
- Separate messages by the app on the same page
IDEATION
logo
The logo utilizes the two main accents colors of the app and has a letter O for Omnia that also looks like a single phone reinforcing that all apps are in one place.
TYPOGRAPHY & COLORS
Style Guide
The logo type is future forward and the branding colors are blue and green - colors that are both social and friendly. Each social media app integrated has a corresponding color reminiscent of the apps branding.
IDEATION
Wireframe
The app will include:
- Feed that displays content from all apps
- Settings page that allows the user to show or hide content from apps
- Profile page that show all connected apps
- Activity page that shows which users interacted with your account
- Message page that shows all messages from apps and snapchats
UX/UI
User interface
Colors are used to indicate which story or posts come from which app. Two to three posts from each app are shown at a time to not overwhelm the user with the same content or make the user jump from app to app if it were in chronological order
UX/UI
Customization
Quick Catch Up is a feature that allows a user to choose to personalize their feed by accounts they choose and interact with the most, therefore cutting down the time they spend scrolling mindlessly. The feed has a blue border when Quick Catch Up is on.
